e-Asia Services to Network Affiliates

As an affiliate of the e-Asia network, your site enjoys the following services from e-Asia:

• A sales force with Internet media experience which sells your site's advertising inventory on your behalf. At present, this sales force has already worked with online advertisers in Malaysia such as Intel, Sony, Microsoft, Compaq who are serious about Internet advertising as a new medium to reach their customers.
  
• Works with advertisers and their agencies to manage advertising campaigns; and to manage the advertising materials.
  
• Obtains approvals from site owner on types of advertising to serve.
  
• Serving those advertisements to sites across the e-Asia network, including your site.
  
• Accounting, billing and collection services to obtain payments from advertisers for advertisements which have already appeared across the network.
  
• Pays you royalties of up to 70 per cent of the net amounts collected (less advertising agency and other applicable commissions) from advertisers. The amount of royalties earned by your site would be proportional to the amount of advertising served to the site in a particular month
